David Yurth – is he a real Inventor?

It said,

 

“A man who claimed to have invented a Dick Tracy wrist watch communicator was sentenced to jail for defrauding investors.  The judge orderd David Urth to serve a year behind bars unless he could come up with a plan to pay victims more than $150,000.  Asst. Attorney General Richard Hamp prosecuted the case.”

 

The following was found on an email list:

On May 26, 2004, at 1:58 PM, Alexander Konkretny in Moscow wrote:
