"A truth's initial commotion is directly proportional to how deeply the lie was believed. It wasn't the world being round that agitated people, but that the world wasn't flat. When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic."

Rotation on Three Planes

4.1 - Triple Vectors - In order that matter may exist (a three dimensional structure) there must be three dimensions. These directions or orientations are by convention and for ease of use: up/down, north/south and east/west. These directions or orientations are implied from The Beginning. These directions can be drawn as three lines intersecting at 90 degrees to each other.

Figure 4.1 - Triple Vectors

4.2 - Triple Vectors and Rotation - Each of these three directions have an implied influence on each other. This makes three vector directions each having two polar directions of flows in and out. Such communication occurs at the common point of juncture. These directions are labeled as three pairs of opposites: U=up & D=down, E=east & W=west and N=north & S=south.

Figure 4.3 - Triple Vectors in Motion

4.3 - Three Planes & Six Directions - Superimposing the spiral motion of the polar forces shows the triune configuration of motion being six: three planes of two inward and three planes of two outward. Motion is confined to the periphery or extensions while the common center point is held to be motionless.

"I have found great difficulty in conceiving of the existence of vortices in a medium, side by side, revolving in the same direction about parallel axes. The contiguous portions of consecutive vortices must be moving in opposite directions; and it is difficult to understand how the motion of one part of the medium can coexist with, and even produce, an opposite motion of a part in contact with it. In [a mechanical] mechanism, when two wheels are intended to revolve in the same direction, a wheel is placed between them so as to be in gear with both, and this wheel is called an 'idle wheel'. The hypothesis about the vortices which I have to suggest is that a layer of particles, actng as idle wheels, is interposed between each vortex and the next, so that each vortex has a tendency to make the neighbouring vortices revolve in the same direction." Maxwell

Figure 4.4 - Triple Rotations

4.4 - Triple Rotary (Vortex) Motions - These are the fundamental directions and motions underlying all matter in the universe. By necessity each of the six directions are different one from another. East is not west, north is not south and up is not down. Each has its own character or flavor or set of coordinates.

4.5 - Matter Not Solid - So, how does "solid" matter evolve from this plan? How can matter form into a discrete unit from motion alone?

4.6 - Matter is Motion in Opposition - First matter is not solid. Secondly matter is motion. Motion of what? Of the One Polar Force acting as two opposites with and against each other. They are equal in number, velocity and density. Vary either term and the whole One Polar Force varies similarly. If a predominance be given to either pole the other reacts reciprocally. Which is to say these two forces oscillate, vibrate or pulsate about, to and from, the center.

4.7 - Centripetal Orthogonal Motions - This oscillation or resonance occurs in so many cycles per time unit; i.e., frequency. If the predominance be given the centralizing pole the One Polar Force AS A WHOLE centralizes to a point or about or around a point. If the predominance be given to the decentralizing pole the One Force becomes dispersed AS A WHOLE into vacuous space. In either extreme condition the Polar Force does not cease to exist. It but goes latent to be reawakened by Will Force or Desire at some later time. This is in one plane. Assuming the other two planes of a triplicate configuration are modulated there will be relative change to the whole. In other words each of the six directional influences can be modulated to induce six different and only six basic types of matter. Other matter are therefore sub-sets or progeny of these six.

If it is true what Russell says:

"All electrical (unbalanced polar) motion in the octave wave turns spirally around centering, still Magnetic (balanced polar) shafts, just as cyclones do. All electrical compression begins by violent expansion to create a condition which borns its opposite, as all opposites do in Nature." [Russell, Atomic Suicide?, page 122]

4.8 - Triple Contractive Motions - Then we can expect to see rotation around each axis of compression/rarefaction. This would logically to three spinning and overlapping bands (Diagram 2, below), ala Keely's Morphology. Since these bands cannot all three occupy the same space they must therefore be as layers. Imagine an orange with three layers of skin - and each skin spinning independent ofthe others each at right angles to the other two. As it is held ether in motion is attractive these layers will compress to the center. This is exactly Keely's theoretical design and working model.

4.9 - Matter is Centralized, Condensed and Differentiated Light - Man sees differentiated or refracted light of many colors leading man to misthink the universe is fractured into many unconnected pieces.
