The SVP Universal Cosmology
A Rosetta Stone for the New Science Paradigm
Version 1.0
Origin and Formation of Matter
MacVicar writes: "Every individualized object assimilates itself to itself in successive moments of its existence and all objects tend to assimilate one another."
Keely states that were the inherent cohesive sympathy taken away from matter, the Universe would be promptly dissociated into the etheric realm.
"All conditions of dispersion and focalization are accompanied by the "celestial mind force" acting upon "terrestrial matter" - (corresponding to the mind force acting on the brain, which is only its molecular instrument.) This force is the first seal of the Book of Vibrational Philosophy - the first stepping stone toward solution of the Source of Life.
"All Nature's forces are mind forces: magnetic, electric, etheric, acoustic, solar. Any metallic mass can be so impregnated with certain vibrations that it will assume mental attributes - attraction and repulsion. We must first understand the triune conditions or laws of that sympathetic medium which interconnects matter with matter, the triune conditions or laws of sympathetic streams and unites resonance of each of the seven subdivisions before we can understand the induction by means of acoustic generators, of magnetic antagonisms in matter and the different forms of energy thereby liberated." [Snell Manuscript]
7.3 - Law of Love - Reciprocal Interexchange of State on Multiple Levels - 'Schopenhauer writes: "The concept of Will has hitherto commonly been subordinated to that of Force, but I reverse the matter entirely and desire that every force in Nature be thought of as Will."
MacVicar writes: "Every individualized object assimilates itself to itself in successive moments of its existence and all objects tend to assimilate one another."

7.5 - Successive Moments - "Of what nature are the ideas which Macvicar was so sure would be unpopular? In compiling from his writings, such are selected as seem to be the best, toward elucidating the mysteries which lie in the operation of the laws governing the universal ether, so far as his hypotheses carried him. If matter without form preceded the creation of vitality, "it is only when the principle of life had been given," says Charpignon, "that the intrinsic properties of atoms were compelled, by the law of affinities, to form individualities; which, from that moment, becoming a centre of action, were enable to act as modifying causes of the principle of life, and assimilate themselves to it, according to the ends of their creation." Here is a conjecture, to start with, that it will be well to remember; for, as in the hypotheses of Macvicar and the demonstration of Keely, the law of assimilation is made the pivot upon which all turns, "providing at once for the free and the forced, at once for mind and for matter, and placing them in a scientific relationship to one another." This law Macvicar calls the "cosmical law," because to it alone, ever operating under the eye and fulfilling the design of the great Creator who is always and in all places immanent to His creation, an appeal, is ever made. By this law a far greater number of the phenomena of nature and the laboratory can be explained than have been otherwise explained by scores of laws which are frankly admitted to be empirical. Surely this is no slight claim for this law to be studied, with a view to its acceptance or rejection. To repeat, this law is to the effect that every individualized object tends to assimilate itself to itself, in successive moments of its existence, and all objects to assimilate one another. The ground of it is, that the simple and pure substance of creation, has for its special function to manifest the Creator; and consequently to assimilate itself to His will and attributes, in so far as the finite can assimilate itself to the Infinite. Hence it is in its own nature, wholly plastic or devoid of fixed innate properties, and wholly assimilative, both with respect to its own portions or parts and to surrounding objects, as well as to its position in space, and, in so far as it is capable, to the mind of the Creator. Thus, there immediately awake, in the material elements, individuality and the properties of sphericity, elasticity, and inertia, along with a tendency to be assimilated as to place, or, as it is commonly called, reciprocal attraction. Hence, in the first place, the construction in the ether, or realm of light, of groups of ethereal elements, generating material elements. Hence, secondly, a tendency in the material elements, when previously distributed in space, to form into groups, in which their Ętherial atmospheres may become completely confluent; while their material nuclei, being possessed of a more powerful individuality than ethereal elements, come into juxtaposition merely, thus constituting molecules. By legitimate deductions from cosmical law, the forms and structures of these molecules must always be as symmetrical as the reaction of their own constituent particles, and that of their surroundings, will allow. The law of assimilation gives the same results as mathematics in determining the forms of systems of equal, and similar, elastic and reciprocally attractive spherical forces, or centres of force, when they have settled in a state of equilibrium; proving these forms to be symmetrical in the highest degree. Here, however, Macvicar and Keely differ, in hypothesis, as to the structure of the ultimate material element; but this difference does not affect "the scaffolding" of pure philosophy, in which everything that is cognized has it own place, is on a solid basis, is harmonious with its surroundings, and is explained and justified by them:-raising chemistry to the level and bringing it within the sphere of mechanics; investing its objects, at the same time, with all the distinctness of the objects of other branches of natural science." [Keely and His Discoveries, chapter 2]
7.6 - Reciprocal Disintegration/Creation - "Matter and space likewise are sex mates. Each has become what each is by opposing the other to attain the appearance of separateness. Then each interchanges with each by breathing into and out of each other until space disintegrates matter and becomes what the other was. Space disintegrates suns and earths by the way of equators and generates them by the way of poles. Heat generated by cold by the way of poles is radiated by the way of equators. Suns thus turn inside-out. Cold bores black holes right through their poles and great suns become rings, like those in Lyra and other ring nebulae which are plentiful in the heavens." [Russell, The Secret of Light, page 127]
7.7 - Reciprocal States/Conditions of Matter/Energy - "All
matter contains spirit, and is electrical in function, manifesting in
different forms because of varying rates of vibration or speed. Every
condition that exists in the material plane has its counterpart and its
pattern in the cosmic or spiritual plane. All force is one force.
Things spiritual and things material are the same in essence although
different in manifestation or expression." Cayce (364-6)
7.8 - Matter and Spirit are Opposite Poles -
“The
physical organism (through the medium of celestial radiation) is a
trinity, both in regard to its visible form and the invisible
sympathetic streams which govern it, in its individual and combined
movements. The visible includes the molecular, the atomic and
inter-atomic in combination; while the invisible, or spiritual,
includes the etheric, interetheric and luminous in combination, each of
which is essential to the proper completion of the combined action,
comprising as it does every minute law governing the celestial and
terrestrial universe." [Keely, Newton of the Mind]
7.10 - First: Matter is capable of infinite subdivision.
"Keely has proved by demonstration (prior to 1893) that the subdivision of matter under different orders of progressive vibration evolves by such subdivision entirely new and distinct elements, too multiple to enumerate. He has systematized the proper vibratory chords, progressively, from the introductory molecular to the interetheric, embracing seven distinct orders of triple subdivision. He has elaborated a system of inducing sympathetic negative attraction on metallic masses, with great range of motion, and instant depolarization of the same, by vibratory change of their neutral centers. Keely controls the transmission of these sympathetic streams by a medium of high molecular density, viz. drawn wires of differentiated metals, gold, silver, platinum, German silver, etc." [Bloomfield-Moore] |
7.11 - Second: In the aggregation of matter, force or energy is stored up or conserved.
"Matter
is divided into solids and gases. The gases are solids outwardly bound
toward the heavens. Solids are those same gases inwardly bound toward
gravity." [Russell, The Secret of Light, page 126] "There is no dividing of matter and force into two distinct terms, as they both are ONE. FORCE is liberated matter. MATTER is force in bondage." [Keely, 1893] |
7.12 - Third: In the dissociation of matter, force is liberated.
"Again:
Take away the sympathetic latent force that all matter is impregnated
with, the connective link between the finite and the infinite would be
dissociated, and gravity would be neutralized, thereby bringing all
visible and invisible aggregations back into the great etheric realm.
Here let me ask, what does the term cohesion mean? What is the power that holds molecules together, but electro-magnetic negative attraction? What is the state that is brought about by certain conditions of sympathetic vibration, causing molecules to repel each other, but electro-magnetic radiation?" [Keely, Latent Force] |
7.13 - Fourth: All matter is in a state of perpetual activity, whether the substance under consideration be inanimate or animated, visible or invisible.
"This universe of motion is a universe of PRODUCTION, DESTRUCTION and REPRODUCTION. All form is produced by the male, electro-positive, plus action of the charging, electric oscillation of the universal life principle, is destroyed by the female, electro-negative, minus reaction of the discharging, magnetic oscillation, and is reproduced through the union of both by radio-active regeneration of inertia." [Russell, The Universal One] |
7.14 - Fifth: There is no dividing of matter and force into two distinct terms, as they both are ONE. FORCE is liberated matter. MATTER is force in bondage.
"There is but One Cosmic Substance. This one substance appears to be divided into many substances known as the elements of matter. The one universal substance first divides itself into the appearance of two opposites, one on either side [of the inertial line]. Then two others appear as two more opposites of the one. Then two more of increasing energy and harder crystals appear. Then the cosmic pendulum forms one more which registers itself as neither one opposite nor the other, but is a bi-sexual element of maximum opposition in all periodicities of motion. These seven apparently different substances of matter are but different states of motion of the one substance. They are the seven tones of an octave; and there are ten octaves of seven tones each. In the last four octaves are many mid-tones, each one registering its own state of motion. Man calls these various states of motion of the one substance by many names, and they appear to be many substances. The apparent difference between the many is due solely to difference in motion and not to substance. Many states of motion are possible but there are not two substances in the universe. There is only one substance. There can only be one substance. As all states of motion are measurable and are under the absolute control of mind, and as man is mind, man may, with dawning knowledge of causes, change any one state of motion into any other state of motion, and by so doing transmute any one substance into any other one. The granite rock may become gold, or radium, at the will of man." [Russell, The Universal One] |
7.15 - Sixth: All motion is synchronous; no sound or movement can be made but all that moves or sounds does so in harmony with something.
"The Law of Love is rhythmic balanced interchange between all things. Upon the law of balanced interchange, this entire reciprocal universe is motivated with such exactness of balance that astronomers can calculate the positions of planets and suns to the split second. In this wise, the universe is dependable. It observes the Law. It cannot do otherwise where God controls all things." [Russell, The Universal One, Preface] |
7.16 - Seventh: All structures, whether crystalline or homogeneous, have for their unit structures minute bodies called molecules. It is the motion of these molecules with which we have particularly to deal; as in experimental research and demonstration, when we produce an action upon one molecule we do so upon all the molecules constituting the mass operated upon.
In Walter Russell's worldwide acclaimed book, The Secret of Light, is the following fragment quoted from The Divine Iliad:
"Again I say that all things extend to all things, from all things, and through all things. For, to thee I again say, all things are Light, and Light separates not; nor has it bounds; nor is it here and not there. "Man may weave the pattern of his Self in Light of Me, and of his image in divided Lights of Me, e'en as the sun sets up its bow of many hues from divided Light of Me, but man cannot be apart from Me, as the spectrum cannot be apart from Light of Me. "And as the rainbow is a light within the light, inseparable, so is Man's Self within Me, inseparable; and so is his image My image. " Verily I say, every wave encompasseth every other wave unto the One; and the many are within the One, e'en down to the least of waves of Me. "And I say further that every thing is repeated within every other thing, unto the One. "And furthermore I say, that every element which man thinketh of as of itself alone is within every other element, e'en to the atom's veriest unit. " When man queries thee in this wise: 'Sayest thou that in this iron there is gold and all things else?' thou may'st answer: 'Within the sphere, and encompassing it, is the cube, and every other form that is; and within the cube, and encompassing it, is the sphere, and every other form that is." |
7.17 - Eight: These molecules have an envelope, rotating with inconceivable rapidity, formed of a high tenuous ether, whose place in the order of subdivision ranks third, the three divisions being, - first, molecular; second, atomic; third, atomolic. (Atomolic is the same as Etheric)
"Nature's armatures rotate upon their axis in planes of their equators, without exception in the universe. All spherical bodies of matter in all this universe are wheels which roll around their orbits on their equatorial rims." [Russell, Optic Dynamo-Generator] |
7.18 - Ninth: This atomolic substance has a density approximately 986,000 times that of steel, enabling it to permeate steel as light penetrates glass; this rotating envelope of atomolic substance is in a liquid condition. There are four conditions of matter; viz. solid, liquid, gaseous, and ultra-gaseous. These conditions result from greater or lesser range of oscillation of the composing units individually; this is equally true, whether the units are molecules, atoms, atomoles, planets, or suns. But one LAW governs all matter.
"Luminosity (etheric activity) is but a state of intensely unequalized and opposing motion sustained in its state of unequalized motion by the generation of high pressures. It is but one state of the substance of Mind in motion, a state which is within a limited range of electro-magnetic charge, temperature, and opposition; a range which varies in intensity in each octave, but which runs the whole gamut of its limitations in the ten octave cycle." [Russell, The Universal One, Chapter 5] |
7.19 - Tenth:
This molecular envelope, rotating with such great velocity, holds in
its embrace the next subdivision of matter, the atomic. There cannot
ever be more or less than three atoms in any molecule. These are placed
so as to form a triangle in the interior; they rest in a condition of
substance, or matter, we will term intermolecular. In this
intermolecular substance we find an enormous energy or force in
bondage, held thus by the rotating envelope enclosing it. Were we to
rotate a spun brass shell, say nine inches in diameter, at a very much
less rate of speed than that at which the molecular envelope rotates, -
say nine hundred revolutions per second, - its equator would first
bulge out, then form into an oval disk. A solid block of wood subject
to such revolution would swiftly fly to pieces. The rotating envelope
of a molecule, unlike these, the greater the velocity of rotation, the
greater is its compression toward the center of the molecule. The
rotation of this envelope is of such a nature as to produce an internal
pressure upon every portion from every point of the molecule as a
sphere. Were we to consider a rotating envelope as ordinarily
understood, it would be one in which the envelope rotated around an
equator having poles of no rotation; i.e., the poles would not possess
the compressing force of the equator; the result would therefore be a
compressed equator, and the intermolecular substance would pass out
without resistance at the poles.
7.20 - Eleventh: If it be possible let us conceive of an envelope with an equator, but destitute of poles, a number of these rotating over the sphere, this atomolic envelope possessing an almost infinite attractive force toward the center of the molecule, pressing in the intermolecular substance, where it is held until this revolving envelope becomes negatized by a certain order of vibration, when the enclosing matter rushes out to its natural condition of concordant tenuity, as in the case of gunpowder, dynamite, and nitroglycerine. This force, we must see, has been held in the embrace of the rotating envelopes of the unit structures, or where does it come from? This force at the time of an explosion was liberated by shock or fire, both being orders of imparted motion or vibration. How much greater the result would be were we to associate a scientific instrument now completed, and shortly to be given to the world, with such an agent as nitroglycerine; one pound of nitroglycerine would have its destructive force augmented beyond all possible control. These instruments are carefully concealed by wise masters from all persons save the few who are already prepared to study their potency with the exclusive end in view of aiding the real scientific progress of humanity; and, furthermore, it may be truly stated that a ferocious sensualist, however powerful his intellect, would be utterly unable to either comprehend or operate one of these marvelous constructions.
Number Eleven above of course refers to the libertation of atomic and nuclear energies. Using his Compound Disintegrator (at right) Keely could progressively dissociate molecules to their atomic constituent parts; then dissociate those atoms into their constituent parts and so on. This is to say Keely could "slow release" a chemical (molecular) explosion under full and safe control at whatever speed he desired that release to be. Likewise he could "slow release" an atomic explosion and even a nuclear release at will. He did all this (and more) using a fine and masterly control over oscillation and vibration through his marvelous analog machines. This particular device at right is in the American Precision Museum. |
7.21 - Twelfth: Next in order of consideration is the second subdivision of matter - the atomic. The atom has the same rotating envelope as the molecule, governed by the same laws of rotation and compression. The rotating envelope holds in its embrace the interatomic substance and three atomoles resting in it, the atomoles within the atom being constructed after the same pattern as the atom and the molecule, obedient to the same laws; the atomolic being simply the third subdivision of matter. The threefold order is absolutely universal.
Chart defining the arrangement of the different atoms and corpuscles of matter as contained in their respective envelopes free of intensified vibration. |
7.22 - Thirteenth: The atomolic substance is what is termed the ether which fills all space and is the transmitting medium for all celestial and terrestrial forces. This is the liquid ether of occult science.
Atoms are composed of (created from and with) this atomolic (sub-atomic, quantum) substance as per Keely's and Russell's paradigms. We know today atoms are composed of so-called sub-atomic or quantum particles. It is this, our quantum soup, the Victorians referred to as "ether". As there are many different kinds of quantum entities there are likewise different kinds of ethers which accounts for Russell's twenty-five classifications and the varying descriptions of ether from different scientists of that time period. So to say "there is no ether" denotes ignorance, arrogance and the worst of all negative personality traits - unquestioning conformity to self-referenced and arbitrary authority. |
7.23 - Fourteenth: The atomoles are made up of atomolini (singulara tomolinus); the subdivision of matter from this point is beyond man's power, as at this point it escapes all control of apparatus, passing through glass and hardened steel as a luminous flame without heat, which is hardly seen before it vanishes, - a perpetual flame coldly luminous.
Keely's atomolini are what current science recognizes as quarks or those sub-quantum entities that are constituents of all quantum units. For instance it is accepted that photons are constructed of quarks. |
7.24 - Fifteenth: (Not in book, may have been a mis-numbering. editor)
7.25 - Sixteenth: This again, from previous analysis, is made up according to the triple order, and may again be subject to subdivision, even into infinity." [Dashed Against the Rock]
