Probability Biasing

Hi Folks!

In a recent conversation, I was told a mutual friend had designed some
kind of odd device that captured his voice, stating a specific
intent...the device somehow broadcasts the intent to help alter reality
to match it.

The guy who told me this, said our mutual friend used this device to win
$27,000 at gambling. I am unsure whether it was slots, roulette or the
lottery.

I've long believed this was possible, after all, that's what witchcraft
and prayer are all about, sustained will to project a pattern that is
emotionally charged to produce physical effects....a kind of kindling so
that the pattern is fleshed in....in fact, much like some claims of zpe
taps, where a 'flow' must be initiated, and it continues to increase to
match the load requirement!!...or in this case until your image or desire
of a 'tuned reality' was achieved.

IMHO, the event you desire to happen must be as realistically achievable
as possible...since anyone can win at lotto or gambling, then that is an
appropriate reality...<g>....

One episode of 'Deep Space 9' had to do with an alien gambling device
that would randomly bias tachyons or neutrinos to move in a collimated
fashion...this would bias reality to make for lucky or unlucky events.
Rather it biased the probability of something happen. I thought it was
one of the more creative episodes because of the novel subject of biasing
events to produce a positive or negative end result.

Some say you cannot use 'psychic ability' to predict the future.
Krippner, Targ and Puthoff found their psychics could predict horseraces
and they won something like $20,000...when they started getting greedy,
they 'lost' the ability to foresee...I think this is a guilt reaction
from easy money and that if you were going to use the money to accomplish
societal good, you would be given all that you could use.

Wouldn't it be a shame if we could NEVER achieve overunity or zpe taps
unless we psychically interact with the machine? So, creating a voice
tape of your intent, then playing it over and over, possibly 180 degree
phase shifted, would that alter reality? Easy enough to try...keep in
mind, KeelyNet gets 25% of winnings.....;>
