seems to me that if you take two vortex guns and aim them at each other
and arrange them so the two vortexes would be spinning the same when
fired, the resultant ring would be spinning twice as fast. If it was
enough, this kind of setup could be used to generate enough rotational
velocity, if done vertically, to escape the Earth's gravitational pull.
Any takers???
