As of October 2000, circumstances have changed which cause me (Jerry Decker) to re-evaluate the future. Basically, a cough that periodically appeared over a 2 year period which the doctors first attributed to allergies, then to asthma, then blood tests that show a red cell count of 8 compared to normal 12-16. Extensive blood tests and X-rays find no cancer, tuberculosis, aids, microbial or viral causes.

At that time, the low red cell count turned out to be due to 'mechanical destruction' of the red blood cells caused by an enlarged spleen as proven with sonograms and which results in a tendency to tire easily and due to low oxygen, it makes it harder for the heart...now this is not in itself life threatening, but it has made me re-evaluate my goals and approaches. The 'cure' is normally cortisone but the amount required would cause other more serious problems. The other 'cure' is to remove the spleen which would make me dependent on antibiotics that can have their own side effects.

Faced with two unacceptable choices, I have decided to pursue neither though I will be experimenting with alternative approaches. The cough turned out to be an infected tooth which when it was removed, resulted in the cough disappearing the very next day. I had found a scientific article on the net and then remembered the work of Dr. Hal Huggins of Colorado, so that took care of that.

Since the KeelyNet conference I have been using one of MexiStim version of Lee Crocks machines and noticed it is difficult to sleep and I have an inordinate amount of energy, what I thought was nervous energy but on retrospection, the only thing I've done differently is using this machine now for 3 weeks.

I did have my red cell count after some 5 weeks of using Lees machine and the red cell count showed 8.9 from the original 8.0. To me this indicates my spleen might be healing but the nurse said that could be caused just by getting up and sitting back down. I don't believe this because all prior tests showed no such wide variation and only went to 8.4 after I'd taken massive doses of folic acid and iron. The nurse asked if I'd been taking folic acid and iron tablets since my last visit back in November, no I had not, but I had been using an 'alternative health machine', she covered her ears saying she didn't want to hear about it! With tests showing a variation between before and after, I think Lees machine does SOMETHING and will continue to experiment with it and post results.

Months prior to this, Lee offered me the opportunity to sell the machines but I am having problems with his $3000 asking price knowing even a well built machine would cost no more than $500 max but closer to $200. I've expressed my concerns about this to Lee but he is adamant saying the additional money helps support the retreat where many ill people without money come to use the machines and have a free place to stay. If he could reduce the price to around $500, I'd love to sell his machines through KeelyNet but not for $3000.

I'll say this in Lee's defense, he offers a money back guarantee, you send him a check for $3000, he cashes it, uses $50 to send you the machine overnite, with batteries installed, you can use it up to a month, if it doesn't help you or you decide to return it, your $2950 is refunded, no questions asked.

Now for the fun part. I have decided to consolidate and sell whatever I can to sustain a move that won't affect KeelyNet except that it will allow me to experiment and research fulltime for the remainder of my life. I am hoping for sufficient space for research, living and to be able to provide for accomodations that would allow visitors to stay and work on experiments or study in the archive for weeks or more.

Experiments will be documented and those which are successful will emulate George Wiseman in the sales of manuals that will provide details to allow for successful duplication and use by others. However, the approach for KeelyNet is that we will post the basic information as a POP (proof of principle) at KeelyNet and provide full details via media such as CD, video, manuals and/or kits. This slight income should assist in sustaining KeelyNet, the research efforts and living expenses to do this fulltime.

Chuck and I will remain in close contact as he has land where he plans to one day build a house and lab for experiments also. He will also be working on projects and we are working out the arrangments for any shipping or sales to be handled by him.

Updates on these new activities will be posted to the KeelyNet website and will provide the time to expand on our files that are online.

You can also check out more details on the link designated 'Our History'.

If you might like to make a donation towards the support of KeelyNet, please let it take the form of either cash, money order, check or send through PAYPAL (to jdecker@keelynet.com) or you can check out our 'products' which we hope to expand over time.

Some great websites we recommend you should check out;

The Institute for New Energy site provides a list of experimenters and contact information which would allow you to contact them.

We ask you to be courteous, be polite, do not spam these people. Do your homework before bothering them with questions. Most are very busy and there is no guarantee you will receive an answer, so your presentation, demeanor, attitude and attempt at understanding their concepts or activities beforehand will take you much further than if you just ask them obvious or much repeated questions whose answers are freely available if you will look or ask others.

To help in your quest for understanding, we suggest you use the KeelyNet search button to the left to check all information on the KeelyNet website, use the searchable KeelyNet discussion archives, check out Bill Beaty's discussion list archives and website, Dale Ponds SVP site for Keely information,

use Google, altavista.com for full Internet searches,

dejanews.com for newsgroup information, for public newsgroup comments (this is a good way to check up on gossip, hearsay and current thinking on ANY subject

or US Patent office for patent searches (note if you know the number of your patent, I understand you can type that in under patent number search and it will pull up a scan, but no text of patents earlier than 1970).
