I understand that Dennis is hunting for
publicity again - I want to offer
balance for anyone giving him air time or for any investigative shows
taking a look at his claims.
I'm happy to do radio interviews and have appeared on TV. I can
give
names of other engineers, physicists or scientists willing to appear
as well.
I encourage you to hear out Dennis and get his
side as well. The
biggest press this has gotten was the now defunct show, Steals and
Deals by CNBC which dissected Dennis in a most entertaining
way in
1997. As of 6/98, the story is pretty much wide open. Most
people
find the whole subject highly entertaining. FE (free energy )
is
an exciting claim right up there with claims of UFO's. Dennis's
message has been heard by at least a million people - he's had
ads in all the major newspapers and done a highly publicized
nationwide show. He has claimed to have had as many as 2000
people (who knows the real number) invest thousands each to
become dealers. He's been in jail a few times but does an incredible
job bouncing back and getting lots of followers from middle America.
A large number of people have been financially wiped out in his
various schemes. Pat
Robertson lost 150,000$ to him years ago.
I can supply you with his tapes, names of his investors who
are willing
to talk, people who still believe in Dennis, piles of literature,
his criminal record from New
Jersey and California, newspaper
articles exposing him. The angle most media people see
as holding
public interest is, "can you believe people fall for this clown?"
- but hey, if you believe in Dennis, you can always do an episode
of "watch this skeptic lose his $50,0000
prize for proof of free
energy". No matter how
you cover it, it's a great subject because
of the colorful cast of characters, big money and deep controversy.
Right now, Dennis is willing to talk to the media. You better
try
to book an interview now because many of the hoards of people
claiming to have FE machines go through long cloistered paranoid
spells. Now that the millennium is upon us, people have a fascination
with exciting paranormal claims like this. You can also do the
story against a back drop of the 500 years
history of perpetual
motion and free energy claims (which
again, I can supply plenty
of background information) .

As of 12/00, Dennis has told
his dealers that they must get 1.6 million people to pay to register
for machines before any machines will be installed on homes.
Dennis's new 45 city nationwide
tour was advertised in a $70,000 USA Today ad to promote a new free
energy design (he seems to be dropping the other products and the Fisher
engine -which was never proven). I was physically stopped from passing
out literature at the Philly show.
