Increasing IQ by 25 to 45 % - Graham Potentializer

I find it very odd that there appears to be virtually no info either in
on-line files or in archived e-mail messages, ANYWHERE on the net,
including...sadly ... Keely also, of a most amazing device called
the Graham Potentializer invented by a Canadian scientist.

Hard data from serious research reports I've heard of seems to indicate
that this device, which btw would be VERY easy for many Keely members
to build and would be fairly cheap, increases NEQ (Neural Efficiency
Quotient) which is the physical direct corrolary of IQ. I have
heard of (if I recall correctly) increases of up to 40% !!!!

But this is just one of the many profound effects it has on the human body.
It also rejuventates ALL bodily systems AND organs AND dramatically
elevates mood, behaviour, etc... The scientist seems to claim that by
using a series of rotations and elevations / drops in part of the appartatus
he is able to strongly mimic an anti earth rotational / orbital effect...
which appears to un-scroll or undo the damage of the bodies passage through
time / space. VERY noticeable effects are seen in VERY short periods of time.

Apparently by some kind of vortexual type spin applied directly to the entire body
and the application of a certain field (the field is not core to the device but enhances
the effect) the body seems to go 'backwards' in degeneration and also seems to become
stronger... healthier, faster, etc.... more vital. Anyone having more info on this....
well I'd sure like to see it! Hope this was of interest.... P.S. the only half decent
description I've found ANYWHERE on this was in the old, original copy of Hutchinsons'
Mega Brain book... I think I came across just one URL online after days of searching and it
wasnt even a full true GP just a partial one that was made and manufactured by some American
psychiatrist or psychologist...he was selling it for an outrageous amount....
