I've rethought this theory about the South Pole effect on plant and animal
characteristics
.....
and yes, based on the sex part, I think it has some validity......

Sorry, all you sex starved northerners.

I guess it explains why all those ladies from the northern hemisphere
countries who visit down under find the antipodean cucumber so irresistable...
