Hi Folks!

I'm trying a new thing for 1998...rather than make a bunch of little URLs
in the index98 list, I decided to post interesting from certain emails
that I receive (those that can be posted without risking proprietary
interference or where requested private)...and other intriguing URLs or
comments made on the web. I compiled all the ones for January into a
single file at;

http://keelynet.com/unclass/emjan98.htm

Also, I will make it a point of documenting what goes on at our local
monthly Roundtables. That used to be the basis for the Vanguard Sciences
newsletter, but it costs too much and takes too much time to write up in
newsletter format....doing it as an html file is much cleaner and gets to
considerably more people than the 200 on the newsletter list....though
many of them weren't netheads...so, the January 1998 Roundtable notes
posted earlier here are now locked into a file at;

http://keelynet.com/unclass/vsrt0198.htm

As you can see, I'm trying to plant as many seeds as possible by using
new methods of interaction and sharing information....well, if you are
here, you too are doing it...and that's good....we need to work together
to try to understand enough that we can tinker up a working
SOMETHING....preferably overunity, gravity control...something that will
work and that we can USE...

To that end, this year, KeelyNet will have the Researcher Network list
at; http://keelynet.com/network.htm

and this mailing list at; http://keelynet.com/maillist.htm

now their will be the monthly email compilation (indexed for easy
reference) and the Roundtable notes. A nip here, a tug there, (what Reed
at Zenergy calls a 'rub and tug'...<g>...), we all have to work together
wherever and whenever we can.

Just received a most fascinating paper claiming to be a document that won
the $1000 CosRay prize offered by the sons of Henry Moray. I will post
it when I get it typed and converted...a page of formulas will be
included. The paper indicates that a 'tuned lattice structure' can be
made to pump the ambient thermal energy (Debye constant) to produce
energy and that explains why some f/e and gravity reduction units report
that the area gets COLD..as the heat is extracted....remember the Kowsky
Frost experiment, Keely reported cooling, Tesla sphere claimed one half
was cold, the other half hot, etc...

There is also the comment about Reich's Orgone accumulators causing an
increase in temperature inside the box that differed from ambient.
Supposedly witnessed by Einstein....Chuck will have to report on this..
