Small Science Fair pulse motor, 3" diameter rotor, 1 coil, operates from 9 volt battery. This motor will turn about 3000 rpm, with small choke coil in series with the trigger coil it will turn 4500 rpm. Magnets are 1/2" ceramic disc. It uses one bifilar coil and one NTE 36 transistor. | This is a photo of the large Vertical pulse motor, it has a 8" diameter rotor, it uses just 3 pulse coils and 1 separate trigger coil, only one transistor. This motor will turn 18,000 pulses (2250) RPM. Magnets are 1" ceramic disc doubled twice and glued into the rotor with 5 minute epoxy. | This is a photo of the large Horizontal pulse motor, it has a 8" diameter rotor, it uses 6 pulse coils and 1 separate trigger coil and three transistors. This motor will turn 3150 RPM. Magnets are 1" ceramic disc doubled twice and glued into the rotor with 5 minute epoxy. |
