Text: "Homopolar generation and other observations." Discusses homopolar generation as an universal phenomenon: on Jupiter, whence due to the planet's rotation at high angular momentum (like a homopolar generator), magnetic current is looped to its moon, Io. Jupiter, in turn, receives its solar wind from the Sun, another homopolar generator. Such perspective is largely the domain of "quantum geometrodynamics", which studies vacuum as an energetic and violent space, the seat of "pregeometry", whether vortically expressed or in terms of incident waves and with a background field. The understanding that vacuum has inherent energy has come about in a recent German experiment, pair production was demonstrated in an extremely high vacuum: light energy -- incident photon -- burst into particulate matter -- a particle, a dynamical vortical form that has spin, that has certain characteristics of energy. J. P. Morgan made a decision for us: instead of pursuing Tesla's work any further, we would become a fossil-fuel-based economy.
