Shepherd, F.

Text: "Cloud: Strait of Gibraltar." Low cloud arch observed in an otherwise cloudless sky, associated with anomalous low pressure gradients and lowered air and sea temperatures at the end points where the arch touched the water. Evidence of scalar interferometry of Fourier transform patterns. Apparently the interferometer is being utilized with negative driving potentials, so that energy is extracted from the interference zone rather than added. Directly related to the 77 cold explosions picked up by U.S. satellites in the Soviet arctic since 1974, and to the cold explosion off the coast of Japan on Apr. 9, 1984. Marine Observer. 51(273), July 1981. p. 107-108.
