Saxl, Erwin J.

Text: "An electrically charged torque pendulum." Work based on that of M. F. C. Allais concludes that a change in the period of charged versus uncharged pendulum should not occur. See: Allais, Maurice F. C.: "Should the laws of gravitation be reconsidered?" Part 1 - Abnormalities in the motion of a paraconical pendulum on an anisotropic support. "Part II - Experiments with the abnormalities noted in the motion of the paraconical pendulum with an anisotropic support." Aero/Space Engineering. 18(9;10), Sept.; Oct. 1959. p. 46-52; p. 51-55. Unusual variations of the pendulum were noted particularly during solar and lunar eclipses. "The phenomena described here seem to go beyond what could legitimately be calculated from ....present theory." Nature. 203(4941), July 11, 1964. p. 136-138.
