SEVEN, SABBATH

Text: Subject: Mouth of God / Mouth of Man Date: Sun, 24 Jun 2001 12:14:42 EDT From: NordaVinci@aol.com To: unews@hsanahq.org, keys@affs.org, dalesvp@ipa.net Dear All I was thinking about the Kabbalistic contention that the main meaning of abbath in Kabbalah is the "mouth", since it is the 7th hole in the head - and Sabbath means "7". The mouth serves the function of taking in food and speaking words. It is interesting in light of this that the "daily bread" of he Lord's Prayer in Greek apparently means "spiritual food" as in "every ord from the mouth of God", referenced by Jesus in defeating Satan's "first reat temptation". Satan sought in this temptation to deprive Jesus of the ualification of the "first great blessing" of "being fruitful" i.e. "the bility to grow up" to become the Son of the Holy Trinity - which originally as GOD/ADAM/EVE. This original Holy Trinity was to produce Holy Children, ulfilling the "second great blessing" to "multiply". The Original Nature of ature is to respond to God/True Parents/True Children, and thus in so doing he "third great blessing" of "dominion" manifests. Satan sought in the onsequent temptations to tempt Jesus to throw away his birthright of ulfilling these three great blessings. Interesting also is the fact that Satan's three temptations came to Jesus fter a 40 day fast, the purpose of which is to "separate from Satan"/ purify"/ "drain the blood of death" - as in cutting the animal in two and raining the blood. Perhaps it would be better to say that the 40 day fast ives us the opportunity to directly confront and defeat Satan. The 4th commandment (of the 10) refers to remembering the Sabbath to eep it holy. Words come out of the mouth ( the Sabbath), but have their rigin in the heart. So here we have in Matthew 4:4, Jesus, after a 40 day ast, defeating Satan's temptation by speaking words from his heart that onor the words of his Father (words as sung sang - most internal thing - the ater from the rock) above the need of physical food for the body. In this we ee the "seed" behavior of a true son or daughter, which Adam and Eve should ave become, but did not. We see also the priority of "spiritual life" above physical life" that eventually lead Jesus to the cross, in a test greater han that of Job. Remember that the Word of Life from the Mouth of God that Adam and Eve lost" in the Garden of Eden was the commandment not to eat the fruit of the ree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Obeying this word would lead to life; isobeying lead to "death" - a false life, far worse than physical death, in world ruled by Satan, as slaves of Satan. In conclusion the meaning of "Word" as used in the Bible carries the uance of "human responsibility" to become "true children" of God's Desire, s well as the "responsibility" of the absolute determination of God as our rue Parent to establish His Ideal of True Love, Life, and Lineage. Amen. men Amen. Matt 4:1-4 CHAPTER 4 1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of he devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an ungred. And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, ommand that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread lone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. KJV) uke 6:45 5 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that hich is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth orth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth peaketh. KJV) Matt 15:18-20 8 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the eart; and they defile the man. 9 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, ornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: 0 These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands efileth not a man. KJV) Best Regards, eter Nordquist
