SELENIUM

Text: Selenium is Air Minus of the North (Winter), has atomic number 34, which adds up to 7. Selenium is the best material to make rectifiers out of (that change AC to DC current), but it is rare and therefore more expensive. It is also used in photoconductive cells to measure light intensity, because its conductivity increases when it is illuminated and as its temperature increases.
