Text: 3. In respect to the Radio-Active Appliance in the simple form, as has been given, the vibrations from same are well for every human individual. 4. In considering the various appliances that may give the vibration from chemical compounds for the body (and the enquiring mind of [195] should then gain the comprehensive condition as respecting this from this - and this applies to the various conditions as have been or as may be given respecting that of applying chemical conditions or vibrations to the body through the Radio-Active Appliance), we find this the theory, or the therapy of this vibrator is from that of the atomic force or vibration as is produced by various chemical compounds and their application through electronic forces to the body - the electronic forces being produced by the action of certain grades of steel or iron and their combination with ice, see? In passing through this (force connected with the body) vibration as set up, each partakes of that of the chemical through which it passes, and is distributed to the body from that center of the body in solar plexus brain, or from those centers about the umbilicus, which are the electronic and atomic vibratory radiations of a human body. 5. As has been given, vibrations of chemicals carrying metal may be given either through vibratory forces of the chemical or by the combination of other elements that are soluble in alcohol - alcohol producing then its vibration, carrying the variation of a metal, or of a vegetable, or of a plant compound, see? Now, in the various stages, we find that the combination of metal only soluble in water, and not in alcohol, alcohol may at times be added in the solution, which would be half and half - always that proportion - after it was soluble, see, or dissolved - for the action of the anode in the solution creates with the electronic vibration a certain character of vibration as is thrown off from the crystallization, or decomposition, or of the metal being thrown down in the reaction, and through same obtains its electronic or its vibratory rate as is necessary for the individual case. Now, where metals are soluble in the alcohol, as well as water, the alcohol is added, or is in solution - EVER a 10% solution, see? ever the 10% solution. This would apply to Iron, Silver, Iodide of Potash, Bromide of Potash, or any metallic solutions and vegetable solutions. In those as are of purely vegetable we use solution in the form of the tincture of the solution, such as is seen in Iodine, Camphor, or any of this nature - Quinine, or of Cocaine, or of Poppy, or of any vegetable combination that may be soluble in water or alcohol. Ever, when such are used, it is first dissolved in the carrier - water or alcohol, see? and then the 10% solution made fifty-fifty with the alcohol. In this manner we find that the alcohol the carrier, or the water the carrier, see? as may be seen. 6. As seen in Gold, this is as of a Chloride - just like Nitrate of Silver, and just like Muriate in Iron, or Tincture in Iron as the various combinations are given. Each are carried in two, two and a half, three ounce solutions, prepared in the way and manner as has been given, or as IS given for the specific case, see? Now these carried in this way and manner, it will be found that such vibrations - electronic forces, through the atomic force of the medicinal property, or of the compound as may be placed in this, will be for specific conditions as are outlined from time to time in various organisms that need the vibration necessary to set about equalization in nerve or blood supply in the system, and these received, as it were, through the central BRAIN of the body - for their action in this electronic atomic force - ELECTRONIC atomic force - is as that as may be given as this, as an illustration: 7. In the nerve system, the brain is the head, and the active force through which all the conscious sensory consciousness is received. To see one eating produces that vibration - in the salivary gland that sets about the gastric juices of the stomach - one becomes hungry, see? In the central brain the knowledge of subconscious action in the body is located. When the blood (for an instance) becomes deficient, or anemic, the addition of iron, or of gold, or of silver, in various forms or various conditions, adds, through this electronic atomic force, that same action in that portion of the system that creates that reaction in the building or plasm cell in the system as is created in the gland by the action of the nerve system carrying that variation as seen, see? Same condition may exist in adolescent stages of a body, that the ductless glands are clogged - by addition of iodine in system, or where other conditions exist in system in any age where necessitates the action of that vibratory force as is necessary from the various forms of, or combinations of, either metallic forces or of vegetable - these may be added. Now, keep these in this way and manner, and we will find these will give the correct vibration to the body, when the battery is applied and prepared and builded in the way and manner as has been given.
