Text: A Soviet vacuum energy amplification device. Sometimes called Chernetsky's plasmatron. A cooperative Soviet/Western program will eventually be launched to further develop the plasmatron. The plasmatrons will be placed on the outputs of several hydroelectric powerplants in each country. The output of each augmented powerplant will be amplified 100 to 1,000 times. This will allow the disposal of all coal and oil-fired powerplants and nuclear powerplants, drastically cleaning up the biosphere. It will also get rid of the last part of the U.S. "dead man fuzing."
