Text: "Quantum mechanical and relativistic wave theory principles regarding energy-material relationships." In Feingold, Adolph. ed. Symposium on Engineering Applications of mechanics. Describes a method of selective energy transfer. This is a new practical method for detecting, controlling, and manipulating the atomic bonding and dissociation by using selective resonance to change the valence electrons' energy level, this way positioning them into a bondage or dissociation condition. Only a few of the possibilities are described. The method will probably open a new era in technology, providing less waste in the energy and material operation field. 6th, Calgary, June 6-9, 1982.
