Text: "Complex electromagnetic four-potential and the Cabibo-Ferrari relation for magnetic monopoles" Within 'extended relativity' the Maxwell equations are generalized in terms of four-potentials for both ordinary and faster-than-light charges. A physical meaning is given to the complex electromagnetic four-potential (and to complex electromagnetic four-current, tensor and field), and a new interpretation to the Cabibo-Farari relation for magnetic monopoles is given.
