Text: "Electromagnetic waves in a plasma containing both electric charges and magnetic monopoles." Electromagnetic wave propagation in a hypothetical cold plasma containing both electric and magnetic charges. The waves exhibit unusual properties. Of special interest is that there are longitudinal oscillations of E and B, and electromagnetic waves can propagate without attenuation. Localized potentials may possess one or more bound states with positive energy, so that the usual tunneling does not occur. American Journal of Physics. 50(9), Sept. 1982. p. 846-848.
