Text: Multiplex is a method of broadcasting in which two or more separate signals are broadcast simultaneously at the same frequency and from the same FM transmitter. This technique now forms the basis of stereo broadcasting, as it makes it possible for one station to send out both the left and the right channel of a stereo program.
