The steel bead is removed from the tire and recycled. The tires are then cut into 3 inch strips and soaked in a patented solution that relaxes the tire before they are processed into 16 pounds of crumb rubber per tire. Dr. Hunt patented this solution. You can put your hands in it and it will not harm you. This solution is then recycled to be used over and over again. Each vat averages 2,500 tires per soaking. Progress Dr. Hunt has spent years developing over 30 different products that will be made from crumb rubber. Dr. Hunt has developed all of these products at his research and development facility and plans to continue developing new products in the future. Truck tires can produce about 50 pounds of landscaping mulch which will utilize a unique patented solution that acts as an all natural pesticide, insect and rodent repellent which eliminates current problems with the mulch. Products FROM STOCK PILED TIRES: * SOIL STABILIZERS for Secondary Roads, Parking Lots, Driveways, Landfills, Lakes and Pools. Stocked piled tires are different in that the products they produce will be formulated differently and used in conjunction with Dr. Hunts patented soil stabilizers used in soil related constructions mentioned above. Geomembranes or landfill linings are often pieced and glued together creating an opportunity over time for seepage into water systems. Approximately 30% of the Crumb Rubber will be sold to the 100 Product Plants. Approximately 70% will be sold to the existing manufactures of rubber based products. Each CRUMB PLANT has contracted to sell the 12,000,000 pounds for .30 per pound to an import/export company. Each PRODUCT PLANT has pre-sold the 1 million gallons of product to a franchised distributor for $12.50 per gallon. Crumb Plant Gross Sales = $3,600,000 Product Plant Gross Sales = $12,500,000 Financed by conventional bank loans supported by bank guarantors, a Development Company will sell the Crumb Plants for 6 million and the Product Plants for 10 million. Import/Export Company All Crumb Rubber produced in each plant will be purchased by an Import/Export Company for .30 per pound. International Franchise * Coatings: is the Top Line Products. * Soil Stabilizers: is the Bottom Line Products. The Franchise Company will purchase the products for $12.50 per gallon. A Franchise Company will sell 1,000,000 gallons of product to various franchise distributors. There will be one franchise distributor for each plant built.
