Le Bon, Gustave.
Text: L'evolution des forces. All matter is continually in a state of dissociation and decay; the atom is a great reservoir of energy and itself the source of most of the forces of the universe. The atom sets free, either wholly or in part, the energy stored up within it on its formation. Discusses the likelihood that gravitation travels by spherical waves. Describes morphogenic fields in the acquisition of specific form by both minerals and living organisms during replication. This book was destroyed and removed from circulation and holdings by the U S government through the services of the FBI. Dr. Gustave Le Bon was member of the Royal Academy of Belgium. The work of Le Bon received approval from the Royal Society (via P. D. Innes). Paris: E. Flammarion, 1907. 386 p. Translation. The evolution of forces. New York: D. Appleton & Co., 1908. 388 p.
