Text: "Matter waves and electricity." The author describes how particles may be resonances in the zero-point vacuum fluctuations. This is similar to the idea that particles may actually be standing waves of electromagnetic energy. In the scalar electromagnetics view, a mass particle is identically trapped, standing scalar wave resonance. Currents of this scalar resonance (i.e., R-dot) can be generated. A macroscopic mass acts as an accumulator, and can be charged and discharged. Hence the mass and inertia of an object can be deliberately increased or decreased by using R-dot currents to charge or discharge that object. Physical Review. Series 2, 6(11 and 12), June 1 and 15, 1942. p. 713-720.
