Text: In experiments to measure the angular momentum of vacuum, a large resonant noise due to second harmonics coupled back at the resonant frequency is obtained. The experimenters do not appear to have recognized the possibility that this "noise" was energy being extracted from vacuum fluctuations. Physical Review Letters. 2(17), Apr. 23, 1979. p. 1137-1140.
