Jackson, John David.

Text: Classical electrodynamics. Points out that the electrostatic scalar potential travels at infinite velocity in the Coulomb gauge, appearing instantly everywhere in space. This suggests that superluminal communication using potentials is possible, utilizing the time rate of change of the scalar field. Related to the Bohm-Aharonov effect. New York: John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 1975. p. 222-223.
