Ives, Herbert E.

Text: The Einstein myth and the Ives papers. A book with commentary, that assembles all of Ives' papers published while at Bell Labs. 'You have in fact reduced things to common sense by keeping clear of tensors and other impressive complication' - Sir Joseph Larmor to Ives. Ives derived Newton's laws of motion (relativistic form), Einstein's postulates, and the square law of gravitation from a more fundamental ether theory. With the present acceptance of the nonmaterial ether in the modern view of the vacuum, Ives' work takes on new importance. It appears that the Soviets have utilized a variation of Ives' ether theory in their theory of energetics, which they have highly weaponized. Richard Hazelett and Dean Turner, eds. Old Greenwich, Connecticut: The Devin-Adair Co., Inc., 1979. 288 p.
