Hooper, William J.

Text: "Apparatus for generating motional electric field." The inventor describes a device which produces a gravity-like field by the use of a rotating electromagnetic coil. Directly related to scalar wave generation and scalar resonance. See also Ford, L.H. and A. Vilenkin, "A gravitational analogue of the Aharonov-Bohm effect." Journal of Physics A. Mathematical, Nuclear and General. 14(9), Sept. 1981. Considering Ford/Vilenkin's work and the fact that electrostatic scalar potential can cause curvature of spacetime, a hitherto unsuspected link between electrical and gravitational fields may be indicated under zero-force-field conditions. See also Santilli, R.M. "Partons and gravitation: some puzzling questions." Annals of Physics. 83(1), Mar. 1974. p. 108-157. Santilli proved that electrical and gravitational fields are at least partially the same thing. See also Gonyaev, V.V. "Experimental determination of the free-fall acceleration of a relativistically charged particle. II. A cylindrical solenoid in a time-dependent field of inertial forces." Soviet Physics Journal. 7, 1979. p. 829-833. An ordinary helical coil exposed to an acceleration field experiences the formation of an electrostatic field around it. U.S. Patent no. 3,656,013. Apr. 11, 1972.
