Text: "All-electric motional electric field generator." This invention relates to an all-electric generator yielding a motional electric field surrounding the device, but requiring no mechanical movement of its parts in generating this field. The inventor describes a device which produces a gravity-like field by a specially designed electromagnetic coil. He then proposes various ways to use the coil.
