Text: "Aerial anomalies at sea." October 4, 1967. Two bright white or silvery patches of light in the sky bearing 240 degrees (i.e., WSW toward coast) seen at an altitude of 3 degrees above the horizon. Each light was about the size of the full moon. The lights faded, brightened, changed shape (to ovals, bands & irregular patches) for 30 minutes, but maintained their same position. They appeared uninfluenced by wind; there were no echoes on radar. Possibly artificial scalar interferometry. The INFO Journal. 4(3), May 1975. p. 6-9.
