Gallimore, Jerry G.
Text: "Energy and gravity." In International Symposium on non-conventional energy technology. Discusses zero-point energy and the involvement of the U. S. government in this area. Gravity waves as emitted by dielectrics, as detected by an optical grade quartz crystal about 1 1/2" away from a 15 v, 15 Mfd. capacitor for 4 minutes. A decay time of 34 minutes was monitored repeatedly at Stanford University on this phenomenon, which Gallimore insists is not electromagnetic. Discusses his patent application for a propagated stress wave detector which is described and illustrated in paper. 1st, Toronto, Oct. 23-24, 1981. Ottawa: Planetary Association for Clean Energy, 1981. p. 320-335.
