Text: "The decay of the vacuum." The evolution of matter from vacuum decay in the presence of strong EM fields. Note that, by means of the Bohm-Aharonov effect and the use of artificial potentials, strong electromagnetic fields can be formed at a distant interference region/point, or detected/extracted from there so as to emerge at the local scalar interferometer. With sufficient strength of the artificial potentials utilized, it should be possible to form matter at a distance or "transmit" it from a distance (by unforming it in the distant interference zone and reforming it at the scalar interferometer site), as an extension of known effects similar to those detailed in Fulcher's paper. Thus at some future date it may be possible to produce "teleportation" phenomena in the laboratory, using scalar electromagnetics. Scientific American. 241(6), Dec. 1979. p. 150-159.
