Text: In the REBAM analysis of rolling element bearings, the flaw detection region includes high-pass signals of principal spectral components due to bearing defects, but excludes any significant components due to rotor imbalance or rolling element passage at the outer race. Typically, this frequency range lies between 3 and 30 times the rolling element passage frequency (REPx).
