FEAR, SELF-DENIAL, BASHAR

Text: B: So when we talk about the idea of expressing emotions, it does not mean that you have to become melodramatic, where every single idea will make you either cry or laugh all the time. The idea of expressing emotionality has to do with knowing your connection to the Infinite, and expressing the fullness of the being you were created to be, without suppression of any portion of you. Let us begin with the emotion that is most common to your species: fear -- the idea of fear, as expressed throughout your civilization, on your entire planet, in many different ways. Yes, there are also, we recognize, great expressions of love, but it has been our observation of your society that most things get done because of fear. And at the same time, many things are not done that could be done -- because of fear. The biggest fear we have observed in your collective society is the idea that you are not worthy of what you dream you want. Self-denial is the biggest fear we perceive in your civilization. For many individuals feel that they must do something to deserve to exist. You can trust me: if you did not deserve to exist, you wouldn't. The Infinite Creator does not create extraneous and pointless things. If you exist, then in the eyes of the Infinite, obviously you deserve to exist. All you really need to do is begin to treat yourselves with the same degree of respect. Fear -- the idea of fear itseff -- is a very strong energy. That most of you already understand. But you see, because of what we talked about before -- that no situation has built-in meaning-- then you can understand that if you are more associated with fear, you are more likely to attract fearful situations. If you are more willing to associate with the positive polarity of love, then you can attract more loving situations. To many of you this may seem to be overly simplistic. But it is that simple as a principle in existence.
