Text: "A reformulation of Schroedinger and Dirac equations in terms of observable local densities and electromagnetic fields: A step towards a new interpretation of quantum mechanics?" New equations are presented which represent transformations of the 3-dimensional Dirac equation, the 4-dimensional Dirac equation, and the Schroedinger equation. All phase and gauge effects are eliminated. These new equations involve only local densities and the external electromagnetic field. The Bohm-Aharonov experiment is reinterpreted.
