Crawford, Frank S.

Text: "Derivation of the die Broglie relation from the Doppler effect." Equivalence of wave and particle theories generalized for all particles. Assumes conservation of energy and momentum (p. 270) as a key basis. Thus for relativistic situations -- i. e., highly curved spacetime -- the generalizations may not apply, since locally energy need not be conserved. American Journal of Physics. 50(3), Mar. 1982. p. 269-270.
