Chernetskii, Aleksandr V. and N. A. Nosov.

Text: "On the possible mechanism of bioradiation." Explores concept of longitudinal electromagnetic waves as basis for biofield radiation of living systems. The longitudinal component may not be an E-field, but instead a scalar electromagnetic field. In scalar electromagnetics, a force-vector field cannot exist in vacuum. Note that Chernetskii had been experimenting with zero-point energy and vacuum energy devices for the production of electricity since the late 1960s. See Planetary Association for Clean Energy Newsletter, 6 (1), July 1990, p. 7-13 for details. Psi Research. 1(3), Sept. 1982. p. 89-91.
