Text: "The non equivalence of mass and energy." Analysis of the internal energy flow for an electron at rest is made to indicate that static charge results from internal motion. The formation of neutral matter by equal numbers of positrons and electrons is analyzed. It is found that the neutron contains 1860 particles, with a mass defect equivalent to 20 primary particle masses. Mutual contractions produced by particle proximity in the structure increase the internal energy by a factor of N with respect to the dispersed state. This occurs without a corresponding mass increase. Indicates that energy can increase without a corresponding mass increase and that in the absence of any source to provide the added energy, it may be assumed that this energy was created by mutual proximity of particles of primary matter. In International symposium in non-conventional energy technology. 1st, Toronto, Oct. 23-24, 1981. p. 101-113.
