CREATIVITY, BEING WHO YOU ARE, BASHAR

Text: Understanding Ideas As Vibrations Q: Sunday night I was listening on the radio, just flipped there, and heard a new... I think he called himself Dr. John somebody, from Beverly Hills, and he was talking about energy. And he said: "Come to my office for an hour." It's something that has to do with some type of yoga. And he said within an hour he'd give you the ways to completely have energy at all times. And I thought, "Gee, that would be fantastic." I kept listening for his phone number and never got it. And then just all of a sudden I looked down and my hands had gone like this. (?) I had gone like this before, but never with my fingertips touching... I've never been aware of it. And all of a sudden, now when I do this, I feel tremendous energy. And I wonder if I picked up what he. B: Yes. You got the entire course in one second. Q: That's great. B: Understand that any individual who has created a tool - it still is a symbol, still is a tool, and they are only simply reminding you of that which you already are. Q: Thank you. B: Thank you for being willing to recognize that you already were that idea. Q: That incident made me laugh, because it's an example of what I perceive is occurring -- which is a direction away from exclusivity of knowledge, where one person can say, "Pay me $1,000 and I'll give you blah, blah, blah." And she just picks it up on the radio. and I see this more and more, that the boundary lines are dissolving. B: Yes. Q: . so that it will no longer be the thing, you know, where somebody can hold it over. B: You are becoming self-empowered. Q: Right. B: Consciously recognizing what it means to have freedom of choice. Consciously beginning to recognize what it means to be a multidimensional creator -- which you are. Q: I've been going through this thing of having to let go. B: Well, how has it felt? Q: Tediously. I mean I'm broker than ever. Everything that I'm seemingly trying to accomplish seems like -- the forces are doubling against me. B: Yes. 'Tis very, very simple elementary physics. Anytime you try instead of do you only accomplish trying, not doing. Q: Can you give me some tips? B: Understand simply that there is in a sense a completeness to the idea of that which you are already. Every idea that you create is a complete idea. No need to feel that there are any pieces to the idea missing to keep it from manifesting. Understand that ideas are also vibrations. And when you are an idea, then you are that vibration. You are it. And when you recognize yourself as that vibration, as that idea, then your physical reality has no choice but to reflect that back to you, as your physical reality is a totally perfect -- always a perfect reflection --of what you believe yourself to be, of what vibration you carry of yourself. Therefore, understand that there is no need to try. Feeling that you need to try implies that the idea is not already you. It implies it is something outside of yourself, which does not exist. There is no outside. You are it, all of it. You are everywhere; you are everywhen -- since you have created time and space in which to imagine that you exist. Therefore many times when individuals "try" to attain something, it is, in their minds, at the expense of something else within them. They need to get rid of something in order to have something else. When there is nowhere for anything else to go because you are everything, trying to get rid of something will only double the existence -- because you are pushing it up against a wall, and forming energy in the resistance that it meets when you try to remove it from yourself. When you embrace and allow all ideas within you to be valid for the purpose that each represents, when you will recognize each and every idea within you to be equal in merit and only a tool, a symbol for an idea that you can be -- a potential you. But each and every moment as you create your reality, you are then creating yourself to be that idea -- which then gives you the physical reality. Understanding that you are the idea, that you, quote/unquote, as you say, wish to be already -- rather than feeling it is something outside yourself that you must strive for. Then you will find that you do not need to try -- you will simply recognize, take it for granted, know, that you are that idea. And that by allowing the idea to be complete and bringing all the necessary ingredients with it to attain physicality, it will then automatically attract every situation, every person, every relationship, every reality that is necessary for the manifestation of that idea. In other words, your life will become an ecstatic explosion of coincidence. "Oh, just happened to be in the right place at the right time. What a coincidence. Exactly what I needed. How do you do? Nice to meet you. You are exactly who I've been looking to meet." When you know that you are the reality that represents that idea of how you wish to feel, when you allow yourself to simply feel that way because you know you already are that reality, then the vibration of that feeling is what will radiate from you as a beacon, attracting all that is necessary to form that idea. You are an automatic creator -- until you stand in your own way. You do not have to make anything happen; you have to make things stay the same. Because change is the only constant. Transformation will always occur, and always does occur, but you do not see it occurring because you think you have to make it occur. Therefore, you are only focusing on one small frame of what you call your motion picture instead of realizing that the entire film already exists, all the frames. And you can simply go on to the next one -- by allowing the film to move instead of putting your finger of judgment and expectation and analyzation on that one little tiny frame. "How do I get from this frame to the next one? There is this black border all around me. I can find no way to jump off the film and get into the next frame!" Lift your finger; it will move. You follow me? Q: Yes, unfortunately. well. B: All right. It will never move too fast. Never move faster than you can perceive. Otherwise it would not serve your purpose. Always your life is exactly the perfectly timed unfoldment of the purpose for which you have chosen to be physical. Q: That's what's so irritating. I mean. cuz I know that, but. B: But you are not allowing it. Q: That's what I'm talking about. B: But do not judge your judgment. For then you are only creating more and more shells of artificiality. If you are angry that you are angry that you are angry that you are frustrated that you are guilty that you are tense, you never allow yourself to experience the original reason for your anger. You never allow yourself to live through the original reality. No need to create frustration. Frustration is not something that happens to you without you choosing to look at it and create it. Frustration and tension do not mystically occur without you separating yourself from the idea you wish to be. Q: It's interesting that you've mentioned that because this lifetime is what I'm trying. well "trying," have to get that word (--?). B: Thank you. You may always be assured that if you are willing to say, "This is what I am," then your physical reality will begin to reflect that conviction. Q: It's that self-imposed frustration which I am ready to let go. B: Thank you! Q: . and just use my abilities, which I know are sitting there, and it's. B: All right. But understand also: do not judge your frustration to be bad. Simply understand it served the purpose of allowing you to recognize that you could now move on. Q: Oh, beautiful! B: Thank you. Q: Thank you. B: Recognize every experience in your life as a positive gift, and you will never feel the negative effect. There are no negative emotions until you judge them to be so. When you create the negative effect of those emotions. Anger in and of itself is not negative. It is purifying. It is clearing. It is centering. It allows you to know exactly where you stand with yourself. True anger, natural anger, positive anger, will always last from about 10 to 15 seconds of your time. When you judge that you are having anger, then you create hours upon hours of frustration, guilt and rage about having been angry in the first place. Q: You got it. B: But that also serves a purpose, and is very creative. No need to judge your judgment. You have created judgment; you have experienced it. Enjoy the creation. That is what will allow you to move on. Thank you. Q: Thank you. B: Will that have been enough tips? Q: Yes. B: Thank you. Do you then wish to take your break or continue? AUD: I'd like a break. B: All right. You may take a short break. Thank you.
