I also find the very lowest right hand corner of any document and initial the corner in this fashion, :ABC. even on checks, i turn them over and do this. it is the lower right hand corner on the backside. this gives you authority over the entire document. i hope this helps. NOTE: CLARIFICATION : WRITE THE WORD COPYCLAIM As above with the : in place. :Copyclaim: then autograph it ( your full signature): then date it: then intital it. The punctuation is important.
