CONVICTION, BASHAR

Text: Conviction and Lethargy and Acting Out Q: Is there such a thing as release of conviction, releasing, say the process of releasingŠ is thereŠ B: Yes. If you have created the idea that you are in a situation that requires release, then releasing is real. Q: Okay. What about conviction though? B: Same thing. It is trust. Q: Does that have a need for physiologicalŠ say, motivation inside, or convictionŠ? B: Conviction is simply the willingness to trust that what you know to be true for you, is. Then act like it. That is conviction. It is trust. Conviction is acting like you believe trust is all there is. Follow your excitement -- knowing! that your excitement can only be representative of the path you chose to be. Acting like you know that, is conviction. Has that assisted you? Q: Yes. Something else I have to say. B: All right. Q: IfŠ there have been times in the last couple of weeks that I have been very lethargic. And oftentimes there is an alignment process going on, and I accept the co-fusion, and so forth. B: Yes. Q: Well what do I do when I'm driving down the road and I'm sleepy? B: Pull over. (AUD: laughter) Q: Is there an internal thing that I can do? Is there something else other than physiological pulling over? B: Use your imagination. You may, if you wish, allow yourself to become fascinated by the synchronicity of everything around you -- that may be one way. Knowing that nothing around you is there by accident, and thereby recognizing that you play a part in the connection of All That Is, and therefore can recognize that you are connected to everything you see around you, and therefore recognize that you are everything you see around you. Perhaps that will wake you up. Q: Well it's interesting that in that my "lethargicness" -- that it's my judgment that it's connected to something. B: Yes. Understand that you are experiencing transformation, and it is only your judgment of the transformation you are experiencing that is making you tired. Transformation does not make you tired. Q: Okay, I'm aware of that. B: All right. Then act like you are aware of it. Just driving along thinking you are aware of it is not the same as acting like you are aware of it. Q: Explain acting. Explain how one acts. B: If you find, once again, that you are driving your vehicle, and you become tired to the point where nothing you can conceive of in your imagination will suffice, then simply trust that all you need to do is the obvious thing: pull over. You see, if you are forcing yourself to ignore what you think may be a mundane idea, and not a, so to speak, spiritual way to handle the situation, then you are denying that pulling your car over is just as spiritual as anything else. And it may actually be what you need to do, because who knows who might show up while you are pulled over. Maybe exactly the person you need to meet. Maybe the dream you exactly need to have at that time will be there waiting for you when you go to sleep. Who knows? Q: I'm considered pulling over, but thatŠ (Interrupted by audience laughter again) B: Do understand that many times you will simply force yourself not to pay attention to what immediately comes in your imagination as the obvious thing to do because you think there should be something else, some other way to do it. Or you think you are so very busy you cannot stop. Q: Well when you say busyŠ that's true, because there are many times when I have been actually doing a jobŠ B: All right. But once again do remember that we told you that many times if you are going to be integrating your energy, you will be more likely to fall into the sleep/awake pattern that represents being awake at night and asleep in the day. And therefore you may find that you need another job to accommodate the new schedule of your own energy pattern, and not the other way around. Q: Okay. Yes, that fits. B: Thank you. Sharing!
