Text: "Piezoelectric Helmholtz resonator for energy conversion." A Helmholtz resonator with hollow piezoelectric cylinder and an orifice. The resonator effects a conversion between air flow and electrical energy. Probably a high-efficiency converter with its vibrating, not moving, parts. Helmholtz coils can induce scalar electromagnetic activity. U.S. Patent no. 3,748,502. July 24, 1973.
