Bearden, Thomas E
Text: "A conditional criterion for identity, leading to a fourth law of logic." Utilizes the presently excluded middle in Aristotelian logic to produce the identity of opposites as a fourth law of logic. All logical paradoxes in Aristotelian logic are inherently conditions where the fourth law applies, and conceivably these paradoxes can be resolved by the new logic. An elegantly simple proof of the fourth law of logic has since been discovered. The law has direct application in resolving present logical paradoxes. Pursuit. 13(1), Winter, 1980. p. 6-10.
