Allais, Maurice F. C.

Text: "Should the laws of gravitation be reconsidered? Part 1. Experiments in connection with the abnormalities noted in the motion of the paraconical pendulum with an anisotropic support." The article demonstrates a dramatic deviation in the azimuths of the paraconical pendulum for six hours during a total solar eclipse on June 30, 1954. Winner of the annual prize from the Gravity Research Foundation. Since mass may be viewed as trapped scalar resonance, significant interference in the standing scalar wave between sun and earth should lead to inertial effects.SEE- Saxl, Erwin J. and Mildred Allen.
