I would be already convinced that the overunity has been achieved if you
managed to fully charge (from the output) another (dead) battery of the
same, or higher capacity than the one "powering" the device.
The last step would be to find out if your personal proximity to the
device is required on order for it to work. It might be a good idea to
have it runn at some friends house.
