Vril energy- what it is documented.

Someone asked about Vril-Energy a while back and I have just found a =
documented book that has the explanation of it and the source.
Book- Sightings:UFOs by Susan Michaels pg 41 &42
Vril is the interaction of two spinning - not just alternating - =
magnetic fields.
This interaction causes not only the engine but, the entire area to =
function outside the physical laws that we are bound by. It should alow =
one to surf on gravity. (I think it would at least alow it to surf on =
Magnetic Waves of the planet. This is also how Searl and Hamels craft seem =
to work in a sense.)
The book also states how a Ursula Seiler-Spielmann was able to trace =
back the research in this field and published it in the Aug 1994 Issue of =
ZeitenSchrift.
Also according to this book Dr. Richard Miethe,german scientist =
involved in the V7 craft project, was the chief designer for the AvroCar =
project in Canada ran by the us government.
So who is Andreas Epps? He is said to be one of the scientists involved =
with Schriever and Miethe on aircraft for the germans.
