My point is it seems like some have their own interpretation of what is
and what is not....I'm trying to stick with what has been proven with
experiment and documented at multiple locations...accessible by anyone
willing to look it up on the net or in a book.

Wrong Jerry, The frequency is the same. It is the speed and the
wavelength
which changes.
