This may be old news, but I haven't heard anything on it. Can you use a
pulsating DC rather than straight DC, and set the Pulse Rate Per Second
at some subharmonic of the Mechanical Resonance of a Water Molecule to
cause maximum movement of the water molecules in the "Reaction Chamber"
and make the actual process occur at higher Rates? Actually, What would
happen if the PPS rate of the Pulsed DC was set at 42.8KHz? That might
lead to some interesting results. Sorry if it's Old News.
