The inverse function of this would be to use "certain goemetries" to
circulate _water_ upon itself to interface with aether. If you plot the
flows, that's essentially what Joe's beer keg charger does. An aether/water
collider. The flow of aether is manifested by the applied DC current as
reciprocal (compensatory) motion, and is impressed into the water, thus
charging it. The geometry of the charger, and pattern of water circulation,
serves to prevent its ordinary dissipation. Once charged, the water itself
appears to retain this engineered balance of aetheric charge, allowing some
to be drawn off, while more is admitted freely from the energetic vacuum.
A similar function has been postulated for the heart.
